Super Easy Breakfast Ideas for a School Day!     We all know that sometimes school mornings can be a little rushed. That means hair down, no breakfast, no makeup, and everyone mad! Here are two super yummy breakfasts you can make ahead of time, so you don't have to eat cereal in the car!  French Toast Sticks          These french toast sticks are so good! They are super easy and perfect to make ahead of time and freeze. You can eat them with syrup or they taste really good with jam and powdered sugar. This recipe is from Ree Drummond from the Food Network.     Ingredients:  6 large eggs 1/2 cup half-and-half 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 1/2 cups sweetened corn and oat cereal, such as Cap'n Crunch, crushed to fine crumbs 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted 12 slices Texas toast, each cut into 3 strips Directions:       ...

Raspberry Lemon Muffins            These muffins are easy to make and perfect to make if you have tons of raspberries. They work for a quick breakfast or a little snack during the day. Hopefully, you enjoy these muffins!  Ingredients: 2 Cups Flour 1 Cup Sugar 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 2 Eggs Slightly Beaten 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil (or you can use 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce for a healthier option) 1 Teaspoon Lemon Extract 1 1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries  1 Cup Cream (I used milk instead) Directions:     In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine the eggs, cream, oil, and lemon extract; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in raspberries. Spoon into 18 greased or lined cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes.      I baked my muffins ant 375 degrees for about 15 - 18 minutes.

Dinner's to Make While Camping       Here are a few really yummy dinners you can make while you are camping this summer! Enjoy!! Hobo Dinner     This recipe is really good and easy to make. You can make it if you are camping or on your grill at home.  Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground beef 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 medium green onions chopped  1 1/2 cup baby-cut carrots 1 1/2 tsp peppered seasoned salt     Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Spray half of one side of four 18x12 inch sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil with cooking spray. Mix beef, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, 2 chopped onions, 1 tsp seasoned salt. Shape mixture into 4 patties about 1 inch thick. Place potatoes on sprayed sides of foil sheets. Top with Beef patty, carrots, tomatoes, and sliced onions, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp seasoned salt. Cookies In a Jar           This recipe makes cookie dough that you can store in a jar. It is super easy to make and works for almost any gift. You can also give it with another small gift. This can work for a birthday or just to give as a nice present to a neighbor. Another way is to make it for a time that you will be too busy to make cookies. It is also super easy to make. I hope you enjoy making this treat to give as a gift or save for later.  All you need is: 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour ¾ teaspoon baking soda ¾ teaspoon slat ½ cup granulated sugar ¾ cup packed brown sugar 1 ½ cups (9ounces) milk chocolate chips 1 mason jar paper fabric     Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. German Pancakes     These German Pancakes are perfect for a Sunday morning breakfast. They are so delicious!! They are best served with syrup or jam. Enjoy!!  Ingredients:  6 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt 5 Tbsp. butter   Instructions:      Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan in the oven. Whip eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add milk, flour, and salt. Pour batter into pan of melted butter. BAke at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Yummy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars These cookie bars from Six Sisters Stuff and really good and fast to make. Hope you enjoy them!! Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes   Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups oatmeal 3/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 (12 ounces) bag milk chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix butter and brown sugar together for a few minutes until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until thoroughly combined.  Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread cookie dough on an ungreased jelly roll sheer (or large cookie sheet) and bake for 18 - 29 minutes. Let cool before cutting.  Enjoy!!

Chocolate Covered Pretzels  These chocolate covered pretzels are a delicious treat. They are simple, easy, and quick. The longest part. is letting the chocolate to harden. Ingredients: 2 bags of chocolate chips (then can be normal chocolate chips or flavored, like mint.) pretzels sprinkles (optional) Instructions: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or fondue pan.  Dip the pretzels in the chocolate and use a spoon to help cover the pretzels.  Cover the pretzels with sprinkles. Let the chocolate harden. Store in the fridge. Enjoy!!

Yummy Texas Sheet Cake Brownies  Make these delicious chocolate brownies with this recipe by The Chocoholic.  Cake: Ingredients: 2 sticks butter 1 cup water 4 tablespoons cocoa 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 1/2 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon baking soda Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a large cookie sheet with sides. In a saucepan mix butter, water and cocoa, bring to a boil. Pour into a large bowl. In a small bowl mix sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually add dry mixture to chocolate, mix well. Blending between additions, add 3 eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Pout into well-greased cookie sheet.
