German Pancakes

German Pancakes

    These German Pancakes are perfect for a Sunday morning breakfast. They are so delicious!! They are best served with syrup or jam. Enjoy!!

 Ingredients: 

6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. butter


 Instructions: 

    Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan in the oven. Whip eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add milk, flour, and salt. Pour batter into pan of melted butter. BAke at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
