Cute DIY Thank You Cards
Cute DIY Thank You Cards
These super cute DIY cards are really easy to make. They are perfecting for everything from thanking your friend, making it into a Mother's Day card, or a thank you for a present. All you need is cardstock, markers, washi tape, and stamps.
Basic Card
To make the basic card just fold a piece of cardstock and cut it down to whatever side you want. Then you can just write 'Thanks' on the front and add stamps, washi tape, or drawings to the card.
Tall and Cute
For this card, I decided to make it vertical. I wrote washi tape on the top, then did a swirl stamp and flower stamps on the side. The stamps didn't really show up, so I just colored over them with a marker so that they matched the writing. Then I just added some dots around the 'Thanks". At the top, I did a strip of washi tape that kind of went with the colors and flowers. On the inside, I used a pinkish color to tie in with the washi tape. Then, I did some more blue and green colored in stamps.
Girly Spring
I decided to make this card out of a pink piece of cardstock. I used some pink and white floral washi tape both vertically and horizontally to kind of frame the 'Thanks'. Then I did a little swirl underline which didn't work exactly as planned, but I used a marker so... no going back. On the inside, I just went simple and wrote a cute little note.
All Green Watermelon
On this card, I went with all green, besides the blue paper. I wrote thanks and made a green balloon stamp next to it, to tie into the inside. Then I did a watermelon rine striped washi tape strip at the bottom. Inside I wrote a cute little note (which you can see in the first picture) and did some green cupcake stamps.
Just a Cute Little Thanks
I made this cute little card out of some scraps I had left from the 'Girly Spring' card. I went simple and just wrote 'Thanks' and underlined it. Then I added a cute yellow star. On the inside, I wrote a thank you note to a friend. I just happened to have a stamp of the first initial of my friend's name, so I used that. Then I wrote out the rest. I ended the note with a star stamp that was half yellow and half orange.
The Whole Bundle
I hope you enjoy making and giving these card. Here is a picture of all the cards together. And don't forget to make these cards your own. Enjoy!
